Senior Organizer: Wall Street Accountability Team

United for Respect (UFR) is seeking a Senior Organizer to join its growing, high-impact national field team to grow and advance the leadership of working people in the retail industry and win game-changing campaigns for an inclusive economy that provides  family-sustaining jobs.

Through online-to-offline organizing, UFR Senior organizers play a key role in rapidly building strong worker leadership that will activate a broad base and advance integrated Workplace justice campaigns that move policymakers and low-wage employers to elevate working conditions and standards resulting in access to  good jobs for people working in retail. Through our Wall Street Accountability campaign, we engage and activate a broad network of people experiencing financial distress through retail bankruptcies to challenge the Wall Street corporations responsible.

About UFR

UFR is a national organization building an industry voice of working people working for the country’s largest retail corporations. Through scaled leadership development and base-building, UFR’s growing network is challenging major corporations and policymakers to provide family‐sustaining jobs for all working people.
